Kunchacko Boban to score a half century

Submitted by on June 8, 2011 – 4:41 pmNo Comment |

It just seems yesterday when Fazil threw a surprise on us with ‘Aniyathipravu’.  Its hard to believe that it has been fourteen long years since its hero Kunchacko Boban arrived on the film scene. Post ‘Aniyathipravu’, the young and handsome actor had disappeared into oblivion for a brief while, before making a comeback of sorts, a couple of years back. And what a comeback it has been!!

In his second innings, Kunchako Boban or Chackochan as he is affectionately called by friends, family and fans, has had a very successful run. There have been several hits one after the other, and in 2011, he has already been part of two of the most successful films of the year as yet – ‘Traffic’ and ‘Seniors’.

‘Dr. Love’, for which Chackochan is shooting currently, would be his forty sixth film. And with just four more films, the young actor would have hit a half century in the film industry.

The actor says that he is mentally much more matured and flexible today, than he was initially. He also says that he is open to offers from other language films as well. He has realised that his future lies in films, and admits that we learn more things as years pass by, and as we get older.
