Suchitra Hopes for a Comeback as a Heroine
Remember Suchitra? The beautiful girl who had made a dream debut opposite Mammootty and Mohanlal in ‘Number 20. Madras Mail’ several years back?
Suchitra had acted in several films following ‘Number 20. Madras Mail’, but unfortunately could not establish herself as a noteworthy heroine. She was seen in several inconsequential roles, after which she got married and settled in the US.
The actress, who has a daughter now, has recently revealed that she is open to good acting offers from Malayalam. She says that she is not interested in playing mom to the Superstars though. “I would like to make a come back, but I would like to return as a heroine,” she says.
Suchitra has been vigorously mainlining a diet and has been regularly working out to keep herself in shape. She is waiting for the right opportunity to give acting a second try. Here is wishing her the very best!
