The world wide release of Sharukh Khan’s Ra.One has been scheduled for the 26th of October 2011, on Diwali day. Ra.One has been reported to be India’s most expensive film till date and will be released in both 2D and 3D formats across over 5,000 screens worldwide in 2D and around 550 screens in 3D, along with its dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu and German.

Ra.One has sent expectations and anticipations rocketing sky high and is easily one of the biggest Diwali release in years. Directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced by Eros International and Red Chillies, Ra.One has SRk playing G.One and Shekhar Subramanium. Kareena Kapoor is the heroine.

Ra.One also has Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra making guest appearances and the invincible Rajnikant making  a very special appearance. And ofcourse, there is Amitabh Bachchan’s voice over as well, that would lend an extra charm to the film.

The state-of-the-art visual effects of the film are expected to be the kind, as yet unseen in an Indian film. No stone has been left unturned to see to it that Ra.One rewrites box office history.  The count down for the biggest release of them all begins. Fasten your seat belts and get ready for the big ride.
