Spielberg back with The Adventures of Tintin

Steven Spielberg is back with ‘The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn’, a film that is based on The Adventures of Tintin, a series of comic books created by Belgian artist Georges Hergé Remi. The Adventures of Tintin will be the first animated movie directed by Spielberg. Do take a look at the trailer that has been released a few days back.

The film has been produced by Peter Jackson, and written by Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish. The script is based on three of the stories: The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn and Red Rackham’s Treasure. It stars Jamie Bell as Tinitn, along with Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Daniel Craig. The film would be released in December 2011.
