The Trauma of Being Dead: Chala Mussaddi – Office Office

Chala Mussaddi – Office Office tells the story of Mussaddi Lal Tripathi,who see the untimely death of his wife, owing to the negligence of the doctors at the hospital.  Mussaddi and his son Bunty set out on a pilgrimage to the four Holy sites to see to it that his wife is properly laid to rest.

However fate has other plans. Pension officers who arrive at Mussaddi’s house to enquire about his ‘current’ status mistakenly believe  that Mussaddi Lal has expired, and therefore report him dead in their files. Mussaddi Lal therefore becomes a man who has to go through the trauma of being officially dead!

The film stars Pankaj Kapoor, Deven Bhojani, Manoj Pahwa, Sanjay Mishra, Hemant Pandey and Asawari Joshi in the key roles. The lyrics have been composed by Gulzar, while musical score has been composed by Sajid – Wajid.

Chala Mussaddi – Office Office has been produced by Rajiv Mehra. It has been produced under the banner of Eagle Films by Rajiv Mehra, Rajesh Mehra and Umesh Mehra.
