Will the Singham roar again?

It remains just a few days to see if the lion would roar again! ‘Singham’ the official Hindi remake of the Tamil super hit film ‘Singam’ that starred Surya and Anushka is ready for release on the 22nd of June. ‘Singam’ was Surya’ s twenty fifth film and was a blockbuster in Tamil that completed a 100 day run in several centers. It was directed by Hari.

The Hindi version has Ajay Devgn playing the title role; that of a hotshot cop who would stop at nothing to see to it that justice is served.  Kajal Agarwal is the heroine. The film also has a strong supporting cast with names as Prakash Raj, Sachin Khedekar and Ashok Saraf leading the list.

Cinematography of the film is by Dudley and the musical score has been composed by Ajay – Atul.  The Hindi version has been directed by Rohit Shetty on a screenplay penned by Yunus Sajawal. ‘Singham’ has been produced by Reliance Entertainment.
