Actor – director Prathap Pothan who is back in Malayalam films after a while, says that his experience of acting in the film ’22 F Kottayam’ was absolutely enjoyable. Prathap Pothen was talking to a Malayalam television channel when he talked of being back in the industry after a long while.

Pothen also was all praise for the director of ’22 F Kottayam’, Aashiq Abu and his crew, and said that he felt nice, since they had come searching for him and had insisted that he be a part of the film. He also added that these young people knew their job quite well, and added in jest that he could very easily tell, since he was a director himself.

Prathap Pothen has directed three films in Malayalam – ‘Rithubhedam’, ‘Daisy’ and ‘Oru Yathramozhi’. Ever since his debut as an actor in Malayalam films through the Bharathan directed ‘Thakara’, Pothen has also acted in several films in Malayalam like ‘Pappu’, ‘Novembarinte Nashtam’, ‘Onnu Muthal Poojyam Vare’ and so on.
