Anil Kapoor, who has just had a release with Priyadarshan’s ‘Tezz’ says that he is quite pleased by the way he looks right now. Anil is not too much supportive of building up a toned body with the help of steroids, and says fitness is more important than six pack abs.

Anil, who is 52 was interacting with the media at the launch of Sanjeev Chadha’s The Red Gym, when he talked about his idea of maintaining one’s looks. He said that he always tries to keep his mind fit, and also attributed his good looks to his food and regular exercise.

Anil Kapoor, one of the most good looking heroes that Bollywood has ever produced has gracefully aged over the years, and true to his words, looks as smashing as ever. He looks quite trim, and has never been out of shape either, much to the envy of many of his contemporaries.
