Arya reveals that he was ‘deceived’ by the ‘Urumi’ team!
Tamil actor Arya had a revelation to make during the release of the Tamil version of the Malayalam super hit film ‘Urumi’. The charming young actor said that he was ‘deceived’ by the ‘Urumi’ team, and when he explained the tale of deceit, media personnel couldn’t suppress their laughter!
Arya said that while signing up for ‘Urumi’ he had asked the director and the producers who the heroines in the film were, and was told that Vidya Balan, Genelia D Souza, Nithya Menon and Tabu would play key roles in the film. Arya remembers that he had immediately agreed to be a part of the film as the thought of shooting with these ladies was quite exciting.
It was only later that Arya came to realise that none of these gorgeous ladies would be sharing screen space with him. His shoot was instead completed in three days sharp, and he had to leave without any combination scenes with any of these actresses. The audience was in splits as Arya completed his narration at the press conference!
