Emraan Hashmi is all fresh from the success of his latest film ‘Shanghai’, and if things go well would have his next release  on the 26th of October. This film that has been titled ‘Rush’ will have Emraan playing an investigative journalist who works for a leading television channel, for a change!

‘Rush’ has been directed by Priyanka Thakran, who has taken up the role of the creative director of the film. The film was earlier titled ‘Raftaar 24 x 7′ and was being directed by Shamin Desai, who had passed away before he could complete the film!

The film would also star Neha Dhupia and Sagarika Ghatge in key roles. Aditya Pancholi would also be making a comeback of sorts to Bollywood, as the actor would be seen playing the lead negative role in the film. The musical score of the film has been composed by Pritam.
