Actor Bala who has appeared in numerous Malayalam and Tamil films has indeed come a long way, and he has just turned director for a Malayalam film that has been titled ‘hit List’. The journey from actor to director, says the young man has been quite enjoyable.

Bala revealed to a prominent daily recently that his debut as a director would be one that would hopefully be noticed. The film that he is currently working on has all the ingredients of making it big as a popular film, and stars Dhruv and Aishwarya Devan in the lead roles.

Bala has also managed to rope in Prithviraj and Unni Mukundan to appear in cameos in his directorial debut. On the acting front, he has just had a release last Friday with Prithviraj’s ‘Hero’ in which he had donned the role of a villain. He also has a few other projects coming up pretty soon, but is at the moment, busy with ‘Hit List’.
