Young star Unni Mukundan who has just had a major release with Vyshakh’s new film ‘Mallu Singh’ says that its totally unfair to think of him as a substitute for Prithviraj. He was quizzed by a leading Malayalam daily on what he thinks of being termed as a possible Prithvi replacement!

Unni reminded that Prithviraj is an actor who has earned a place for himself, having done around seventy films, while Unni himself is barely five films old. “As such a comparison between the two of us is totally unfair,” said the charming young actor.

Unni’s ‘Mallu Singh’ has evoked mixed responses from the audience, but he has already signed a few biggie films that would start their shoot pretty soon. Also, his performance in the film has been well appreciated. Meanwhile, another film of his, ‘Ezham Suryan’, an action thriller is fast getting ready for a release.
