Mohanlal and Major Ravi together for ‘The Chase’

Submitted by on June 22, 2012 – 11:46 pmNo Comment |

Not long back, Major Ravi himself had revealed to Balcony Beats that the iconic character that he has created, Major Mahadevan would be back soon. However, the director is now planning an investigative thriller with Mohanlal in the lead that has been titled ‘The Chase’.

The film would revolve around the kidnapping of a teenaged girl, and Mohanlal would play an investigative officer who conducts the inquiry. The film would have three heroines and would be shot on locations at Mumbai, Cochin, Munnar and Nagercoil.

‘The Chase’ would start its shoot by August. This film however will not have the military backdrop that had characterized all other Mohanlal – Major Ravi films, be it ‘Keerthi Chakra, ‘Kurukshetra’ or ‘Khandahar’.
