‘Ladies and Gentleman’, the film that would mark the coming together of Mohanlal and director Siddique after a long gap of around a couple of decades, has got the actor all excited. It was for ‘Vietnam Colony’ that released in , that the actor and the director had worked together last.

Though Siddique had directed several films after ‘Vietnam Colony’, none of the films starred Mohanlal in the lead role. Siddique’s latest film in Malayalam ‘Bodyguard’ was a runaway hit and has been dubbed in several other languages as well, all of which have emerged to be blockbusters as well.

‘Ladies and Gentleman’ would be scripted by the director himself and would be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirwad Cinemas.
