Actor Randeep Hooda has grabbed an exciting role,  and the actor is all set to play a gigolo in his next. Reports say that Randeep would play a researcher at the University who however turns a gigolo by circumstances, in a new film that has been titled ‘Mayanagri’.

The film would be directed by Sathish Kaushik. ‘Mayanagri’ is based on a novel that goes by the name ‘Do Murdon Ke Liye Guldasta’ that was penned by Surendra Verma. Randeep was reportedly not so sure of doing the role, but had later agreed to be a part of the project.

The actor has been seen in several serious roles of late, and has been much appreciated for his performance in films like ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster’. He also has a few other films up his sleeve, the most important ones being ‘Jism 2′, ‘Cocktail’ and ‘Heroine’.
