Submitted by on March 20, 2012 – 6:44 pmNo Comment |

Sonu Sood, who left us open mouthed when he flaunted those six pack abs in ‘Dabangg’ is back, and this time the suave actor would be seen in a  film titled ‘Maximum’.  The film directed by Kabir Kaushik has the actor playing a no-nonsense cop.

This underworld drama also has Naseeruddin Shah playing a key role along with Neha Dhupia. There is also Vinay Pathak and Arya Babbar in the supporting cast. Swanand Kirkire, Anjana Sukhani, Amit Sadh, Mohan Agashe and Rajendra Gupta would be seen in key roles. It has been reported that Sonu had gone the extra mile and had spent almost a fortnight with a Punjabi police officer to get into the role, and to see to it that he captures the nuances of it all right.

Based on a story and screenplay by the director himself, ‘Maximum’ is the film on which Sonu Sood has very high hopes pinned. The musical score is by Amjad Nadeem, where as cinematography is by K R Mohanan. The film would be released on the 13th of April, 2012.
