Submitted by on June 23, 2012 – 6:50 pmNo Comment |

Shankar’s new film, as we had reported earlier is not titled as ‘Therthal’, but as a crisp ‘I’. Yep, that is all there is, to the technical wizard director’s new film, and speculations are already on as to what could be the significance of the super short title!

‘I’, we hear is a romantic thriller that would have a musical score by Oscar winner A R Rahman. Vikram and Samantha would be seen in the lead roles.

The latest news is that Suresh Gopi would be doing a key role in the film, and it would indeed be the best offer that the actor has received from the Tamil industry as yet. The Malayalam superstar has acted in three Tamil films till now -’Karpoora Mullai’, ‘Deena’ and ‘Samsthaanam’.
