Thilakan undergoes dialysis; continues to be critically ill

Actor Thilakan, who has been admitted to a private hospital in Trivandrum, underwent dialysis today, even as his health condition remains extremely critical.

Thilakan has been on ventilator support for the last couple of days, ever since a fresh bout of pneumonia had worsened his health. A team of doctors has been constantly attending to the actor round the clock.

Thilakan was admitted to the hospital following a heart attack a few weeks back. The actor had shown considerable improvement in his health after the first few days of treatment, only to worsen again.
