Submitted by on May 5, 2012 – 12:12 pmNo Comment | 339 views

Unni Mukundan, who has just had a release with ‘Mallu Singh’ this week, would soon be seen in a double role. We hear that the young actor would be playing the roles of father and son in Babu Janardhanan’s new film that has been titled ‘Samuelinte Makkal’.

The film would have Meera Jasmine playing the lead role, and is also being touted as the actress’s come back to Malayalam films. Reportedly a sequel to ‘Achanurangatha Veedu’ that was scripted by Babu Janardhanan, the film would have Meera playing the role that was essayed by Muktha George.

Unni has every reason to be happy, since his role in ‘Mallu Singh’ is being well appreciated by the audience, though the film itself has opened to mixed reports. The young actor had made his debut in Malayalam films with ‘Bombay: March 12′ which also marked the directorial debut of Babu Janardhanan.
