Fans irked by Trisha supporting Kolkata Knight Riders

Submitted by on May 29, 2012 – 8:50 pmNo Comment | 203 views

The IPL Season this year had seen some major controversies already, and adding to the list is none other than Tamil actress Trisha Krishnan! Trisha was in the line of fire the other day, when several of her fans expressed dislike over her support of the Kolkata Knight Riders team.

The Kolkata Knight Riders team owned by Shahrukh Khan had won the IPL and Trisha was seen cheering for SRK’s team. What some of her admirers found irritating was that she did not support the Chennai Super Kings, though she had shot to fame as a Tamil actress.

Trisha however has made it clear that she would always be supporting Chennai Super Kings, but that doesn’t mean that she wouldn’t support any other team. She is very fond of the SRK team, said the actress, who also happens to be a huge lover of cricket.
