Haripriya all excited about debut opposite Jayaram!
‘Thiruvambadi Thamban’, directed by M Padmakumar that features Jayaram in the title role would also introduce a new face to the Malayalam film industry – that of Haripriya, the actress who has reportedly done a commendable job as Jayaram’s heroine in the film.
Haripriya had made her feature film debut with a Tulu film ‘Badi’ in 2007. She is a well renowned face in Kannada films, and has acted in several films like ‘Manasugula Mathu Madhura’, ‘Vasanthakala’, ‘Ee Sambhashane’, ‘Male Barali Manju Irali’, ‘Kallara Santhe’ and ‘Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu’. She made her debut in Tamil films with ‘Kanagavel Kaaka’ and was later seen in ‘Muran’ as well. Her first Telugu film was ‘Thakita Thakita’.
She has also been reported to have done a role in the Malayalam film ‘Swami Manikanta’ in 2010, but it would be ‘Thiruvambadi Thamban’ that puts her under the spot light for the first time in Malayalam films. Here is wishing the lovely actress the very best!
