I am choosy about the films that I do: Lakshmi Rai
South Indian sizzler actress Lakshmi Rai, who has been busy shooting for films left, right and center says that she is a person who faces live boldly. She also believes in faith in God as well as in hard work. “They say that God helps those who help themselves, and that’s what I believe in,” says the lovely actress.
Lakshmi says that she doesn’t jump at every acting offer that comes her way. She also says that she was offered the female lead in Karthi’s new film, but had decided not to do it, since she doesn’t want to take a risk in her career. “I’m quite choosy about the kind of roles that I do,” the actress affirms.
Lakshmi might not be doing many films in Tamil, despite her films like ‘Mankatha’ and ‘Kanchana’ doing very well at the box office. But she is doing very well in Malayalam, and is often seen in Mammootty and Mohanlal films. At the moment, she has been paired with Dileep in his new film ‘Mayamohini’.
