Actress Swetha Menon has revealed that she was much pained by the unnecessary controversy that had erupted post the shooting of her latest film ‘Kalimannu’.

Swetha recently admitted that she felt that the shoot of her delivery scenes for the film had created much of a furor that was very much disturbing.

‘Kalimannu’ has been directed by Blessy and portrays the relationship between a mother and the child in her womb. Many women’s organizations and individuals had taken offence at the director having shot the delivery scenes of the actress in real.
