Submitted by on May 21, 2012 – 1:26 amNo Comment | 160 views

Shamna Kasim who plays the title role in the film ‘Chattakkari’ says that she is very different from the character Julie that she plays in the film. Shamna assures us that she has indeed given the role her very best, but that in real life she isn’t like Julie at all!

Shamna says that she has watched the original film, and though she had heard quite a lot about it, with regard to the intimate scenes and short skirts, she found nothing offensive in it. She adds that its a beautiful, simple romantic tale that should appeal to every one.

She also is all praise for her co-star in the film, Hemanth Menon. Shamna says she felt very comfortable with him, and that their on-screen chemistry has worked out very well. ‘Chattakkari’ is being directed by Santhosh Sethumadhavan and produced by Suresh Kumar.
