Remya Nambeesan’s loss is Mamta’s gain

Director Kamal, we hear, had plans to cast Remya Nambeesan as one of the heroines of his next film ‘Celluloid’ that will have Prithviraj playing J C Daniel.

Kamal had approached Remya Nambeesan, when Samvrutha Sunil opted out of the film, but apparently could not come to an agreement regarding her remuneration.

The director was quick to approach Mamta Mohandas, who would now play Daniel’s wife in the film. Looks like Remya’s loss is Mamta’s gain!
