Shilpi Sharma all excited to be in Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’

Submitted by on April 3, 2012 – 10:11 amOne Comment |

Shilpi Sharma is one happy girl. And there is every reason for her to be, since the model-turned-actress has landed up with a plum role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s new film ‘Heroine’. Apparently Madhur was on the look out for someone who is high on the glamor quotient for his film, and Shilpi seemed to be apt choice!

Shilpi has been trying hard to shed some weight as well for the role, and has been on a rigorous workout ever since the shoot of the film started. Though we know little of the role that essays in the film, looks like Shilpi is all set to make the most out of this whopper offer that has come her way!

Shilpi’s started off her career with TV acommercials. She did ads for brands like HSBC, McDonalds, Park Avenue, Pears, etc. She has also done a music video with Harry Anand, that was directed by Rahul Sud. Her first feature film was ‘Style’ and it was followed by some other films like ‘Jo Bole So Nihaal’, ‘Right Ya Wrong’ and ‘Thank You’.
