Ra.One animator Charu Khandal critically injured in an accident!
Charu Khandal, who shot to fame after having won the National award for special effects in Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One. met with a horrible accident on Sunday night. She was returning home with her sister and friend, when a black Honda city rammed into the auto rickshaw she was traveling in.
Charu and her fellow travellers were immediately rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital where Charu soon went into a coma. Charu reportedly has multiple fractures in her head, ribs, spine, neck and legs. Doctors have expressed concern over her condition that is said to be extremely critical.
The driver of the Honda City has been identified as Manoj Gautam. Charu was apparently returning after a celebration of the National Award win when the mishap occurred. She has been working as an animator with SRK’s Red Chillies, and was due to be engaged next month.
