‘Kanneerinu Madhuram’ is based on a true story: Raghunath Paleri

Script writer and director Raghunath Paleri, who is back in films after a long while, with his new film ‘Kanneerinu Madhuram’ says that his film is based on a true story.

The film would have Indrajith playing a character by the name of Krishnanunni who is schizophrenic. Bhama, Nedumudi Venu, Jagathy Sreekumar, Mala Aravindan, Mamukkoya and Sruthilakshmi would also be seen in key roles in the film.

This would be Paleri’s third directorial venture, the earlier ones being ‘Onnu Muthal Poojyam Vare’ and ‘Vismayam’. He has also scripted films like ‘Piravi’, ‘Ponmuttayidunna Thaaraavu’, ‘Melepparambil Aanveedu’ and ‘Managalam Veetil Manaseswari Gupta’.
