slide1 ranjith Ranjith to start Mammootty film soon!Director Ranjith who has wrapped up his Mohanlal film ‘Spirit’ is already on to his next project. And contrary to earlier reports, its not going to be ‘Leela’, but a Mammootty film that the director would be working on, this time.

It has already been reported that Mammootty would be playing a driver in the film, and that the film would be scripted by Anoop Menon. Unconfirmed reports however suggest that since Anoop Menon is too busy at the moment, Shankar Ramakrishnan has taken over the project as the script writer.

The story would be the same as the one Anoop Menon had conceptualized. Mammootty, who is in dire need of a hit, after several films of his repeatedly wreaking disaster at the box office, has his hopes pinned on this film, that should in all probability, change his fortunes!
