Ranjith’s Mammootty film titled ‘Malabar’

Ranjith who had wrapped up his new film ‘Spirit’ that would make it to the theatres by mid-June has already moved on to his next film with Mammootty. Reports claim that this new Mammootty- Ranjith film has been titled ‘Malabar’.

There have also been news reports that this new film would be scripted by Ranjith himself. Mammootty would play personal driver to the character played by Anoop Menon in the film. ‘Malabar’ is said to have a real interesting script that has got Mammootty all perked up.

The actor, who has finished shooting for Anoop Kannan’s ‘Jawan of Vellimala’ and Johny Antony’s ‘Thaappana’ would now be more selective in the kind of roles that he does. After Ranjith’s film, Mammootty would be seen in Lal Jose’s ‘Emmanuel’ that is expected to start in October.
