‘Karma Yodha’ embroiled in a court controversy

The upcoming Mohanlal film ‘Karma Yodha’ that has been directed by Major Ravi, and which would be released on the 21st of December, 2012, has got embroiled in a controversy as script writer Reji Mathew has filed a petition claiming that the story of the film is hiw own.

The story writer alleges that due credit has not been given to him, by the makers of the film, who had bought the story from him. Reji Mathew has demanded that the release of the film be stalled. Reji Mathew has written the script for films like ‘Vamsham’, ‘Aayiram Meni’ and ‘Uppukandam Brothers” Back in Action’.

Major Ravi however has dismissed the writer’s allegations and has clarified that his film has been inspired by several real life incidents of human trafficking.
