‘Ordinary’ accorded with an above-the-ordinary response!
Sugeeth’s debut film ‘Ordinary’ has been accorded with an above-the-ordinary response by the viewers. We caught up with the film at Trivandrum Kripa yesterday, and the huge crowds that thronged the theatre was evidence enough for the fact that the public was all in support of fresh talent.
‘Ordinary’ that starts off on a brilliant note, has a tremendously entertaining first half, but the film does lose the momentum when it comes to the second half. However, it should be admitted that the film looks like the work a much experienced director with no apprehensions whatsoever, and Sugeeth could very well be proud of the fact that he has come up with a decent entertainer.
Viewers were equally enthusiastic. Says Abhiram, who had come to watch the film with none less than eleven friends, “We thoroughly enjoyed the film, and we are sure this is gonna be a hit. And of course, Biju Menon and Baburaj rocked the show. We are glad that such films are being made in Malayalam these days.” Looks a winner all the way, this ‘Ordinary’!
