What with his recent films like ‘Pranchiyettan and the Saint’ and ‘Indian Rupee’ wowing critics and the masses alike, every Ranjith film comes with plenty of expectations and hopes on the part of the film goer.

Which is why, news of the director teaming up with Mohanlal again was reason for jubilation. It had been some time since they worked together, and now that the so-called “differences” between the two have been sorted out, they have come together to gift us with yet another remarkable film.

The First Look poster of ‘Spirit’ that was released online recently has got cinephiles all curious. The poster features an almost crumbled document on which the title has been stamped with the letters jostled together. ‘Spirit’ would be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas.
