‘Ustad Hotel’ opens to a fantastic response!
Anwar Rasheed’s ‘Ustad Hotel’ has opened to a fantastic response all over the state, and this film has probably had one of the best openings in Malayalam in recent times. The film stars Dulquer Salman and Nithya Menon in the lead roles, and has been scripted by Anjali Menon.
Dulquer plays a young man by the name of Feyzee in the film, who embarks on a path of self discovery, aided by his grand father Kareem who runs a small restaurant at the Kozhikode beach. One of those rare films that puts across a message without for a moment being preachy, ‘Ustad Hotel’ also happens to be an absolutely positive film that has already won quite a few hearts!
The film has been much acclaimed critically with almost all reviewers praising the film to the skies. It’s undoubtedly Anwar’s best film as yet, and the word of mouth is so good, that ‘Ustad Hotel’ is likely to emerge as one of the biggest hits of the year!
