Submitted by on December 7, 2012 – 10:13 amNo Comment |

The release of Aneesh Upasana’s film ‘Matinee’ that has run into trouble still continues to be in uncertainty. The film stars Maqbool Salman and Mythili in the lead roles.

A section of theatre owners had refused to screen the film, because Carnival Cinema, associated with AOPL that has produced ‘Matinee’ had not offered support to the strike that was conducted by the Film Exhibitors Federation recently.

The cultural affairs minister K B Ganesh Kumar has himself reportedly tried to bring the matter to an amicable settlement. So when will the film that was expected to release on the 7th of December make it to the screens? Watch this space for the answers!
