Dhanush’s ’3′ grabs a ‘U’ certificate

Submitted by on March 20, 2012 – 4:57 pmNo Comment | 101 views

Dhanush who has been the focus of national and international attention for a while, with his song ‘Why this Kolaveri, di?’ that before we knew it had turned into a world wide rage, should be glad that the film that the song is a part of, ’3′, has been censored and granted a ‘U’ certificate.

’3′ stars the actor along with Shruti Hassan, and what’s more is that its also the directorial debut of the actor’s wife Aishwarya, who happens to be Rajnikanth’s daughter. The film is reportedly a romance, and Dhanush recently revealed that the film would be released on the 30th of March, 2012.

The film would be simultaneously released in Tamil and Telugu, and Dhanush has promised that the Hindi version would follow soon. With the song composed by Anirudh Ravichander still being lapped up by millions of Youtube users world wide, we hope the film lives up to the expectations raised by the song as well.
